HP introduced three new LaserJet Pro and multi-function printers (MFPs) today that make it easier for small and midsize businesses to produce extremely high-quality color documents and marketing materials without the need for external vendors – and without sacrificing print speed. Sounds pretty great, right?
The new HP LaserJet Pro 400 color M451 delivers both speed and color vibrancy for businesses and is perfect for printing professional-quality collateral (think promotional flyers, invites, invoices, etc.) at
home or in a small office setting. Sound like something you need? The M451 officially goes on sale here in the US on Feb. 1.

I know we sometimes use a lot of acronyms here at HP, so for those of you perhaps less familiar with the printer lingo, let me briefly explain the idea behind MFPs. MFPs, or “multi-function printers” as their mom might call them if they were in trouble, really help simplify things for SMBs by offering all-in-one functionality to print, scan, copy and fax – all through a single device. A really great option for those strapped for space or cash.
HP added two new stars to our line-up of MFPs for SMBs (trying saying that 5 times real fast!).
The HP LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP M375 and HP LaserJet Pro 400 M475 both also provide SMBs with the ability to print high-quality color prints and marketing materials – combined with complete scanning, copying and faxing functionality. Both are great devices, but as I’m sure you can guess the M475 is just a little more 'souped-up” under the hood with increased print speeds and output.
Both of these MFPs leverage a cool touchscreen interface right on the front of the printer to control things, so you can do things like scan in a signed contract and immediately email it to the appropriate vendor or customer – right from the printer itself.
This whole new HP printer line-up is all web-connected, making it easy for you to print to them from just about any device you’ve got (laptop, smart phone, tablet) – wirelessly – which is so so cool!
